In January 2015, Mr. Hay Ponlork, interested in coffee field and he have searched and learned a lot about coffee bean from coffee page on Internet and got introduce from foreigner friends that is a coffee Barista in USA and Korea. At that time, May 2015, he started to open a small coffee shop " Coffee Cart" called LOVER COFFEE that is a romantic place in the middle of Phnom Penh behide Sisovath High School, Actully it is a memories place for all the Tourist came to Cambodia and pass by our place such as Germany, English, Turkey, Japanese, French, Korean..... but Unfortunatly, the Life of Lover Coffee is only one year and half by many thing happened. and what ever from that time, he never give up his dream and he told himself one day, he will make it happen again.
As a period of time, he have learned alot about coffee bean and he continue his dream by opening Coffee Station in November 2016 to support Coffee Shop Owner to build their own branding.
